As an anxiety-riddled parent to a 6-year-old who suffers from the same, this book was a joy to read. The biblical truth sprinkled throughout had me emotional, and my son was silent and still as he took in the beautiful pictures and a message that he could also relate to. It led to great conversations afterward about the things we are anxious and worried about and how God is in control and loves us so much, and has a better way for us. This will be a staple in our storytime routine…when I need a reminder of the God who loves me deeply.
