Melissa J. MacDonald worked for 10 years as the Children’s Disciplemaking Specialist for The Christian and Missionary Alliance. While there she created and founded cmalliancekids and was the creator and dean for the Children’s Disciplemaking Leadership Certificate. Mel currently serves as the interim executive director for INCM (International Network of Children’s Ministry). She’s known for her unique style of speaking. Blending humor, truth, and real-life examples she keeps her audience engaged and inspired. She resides with her husband and somewhat naughty puppy in Iowa where she is actively involved in her own small church.  She and her husband are foster parents and reside in Iowa.
